Nepalese Indigenous Nationalities Forum Australia (NINFA) has organized an Inauguration program of National Nepali languages Preservation Class (NNLPC) on 8th of May 2011 in Sydney Australia.
The chief guest of the program, Ms. Jozefa Sobski, chairperson of Community Language School, New South Wales has formally inaugurated the NNLPC.
At the inauguration program, the Nepalese Consulate General, the representatives of Nepalese Community Organizations and Media were present.
At present, the teaching classes of Newar, Tamang, Chhantyal, Sherpa, Limbu and Gurung National Nepali languages have started.
The aim to run the NNLPC is to preserve and promote the National Nepali Languages of Nepal and to make known that “All the languages spoken as the mother tongue in Nepal are the national languages of Nepal”.
